Is my Siberian Husky small for his age and is he really a husky?

how much does he weigh? He looks like a husky, and some dogs, like humans, can be late bloomers. My husky is 3 and a half months old and she already weighs 35 pounds (apparently HUGE for a female husky), but she didn't bring her ears up until she was around 2 months old.
