Anyone else see the flaw here?

I'd be willing to support an amendment to allow Arnold Schwarzenegger to run for president. I'm not sure he would run at this point, his popularity rate in CA was dreadful toward the end there, but hey he might still be halfway decent in the job. Halfway decent, btw, being major accomplishment for POTUS for decades now.
