Don't you hate girls that cut you off?

I'm super annoyed at girls that automatically assume you are interested in them and want to marry them when you just say hi. A couple weeks ago I was making small talk with this girl in one of my classes and all I said was Hi, How is it goin? And she automatically through the boyfriend in my face. "Eager to go to my BOYFRIENDS house after school". I mean seriously girls, I appreciate letting me know where I stand but a simple sentence should not be construed as a proposal. What do you guys think??
