Cosmetic stores in Manhattan, New York City?

So I am going to NYC this summer and just wondering about any cosmetic stores downtown? I know of Sephora and MAC, but are there any others? Any discount cosmetic stores or anything? I will be staying in Midtown, Times Square exactly, so around there, or a quick walk or subway ride away is where I am looking at for stores. Thanks!
