I'm realizing as I get older, I don't like people... is this rare?

I don't know how rare it is, but I have had this problem most of my life. I have always had trouble trusting people and felt like everyone is out to get me. Also their is so much greed and ignorance in people makes it hard for me to socialize anymore.

Well, I went to a restaurant with my mom and the guy I thought who was cute was there. His dad is from my town and his mom is from a half hour away. He comes home every other weekend. Every time I see his family members, (Dad, Step-mom, Sisters, and Grandparents) wherever i see any of them, they always stare at me. And, when his 3 step sisters see me, they start yelling out my name, waving, and get all excited. (They are elementary ages). They just stare at me for like 7-12 seconds whenever I see them! During the summer, I volunteered at a daycare that they went to but I didn't know the girls then..except the youngest one which is 3. Why is that? Would that mean this cute guy likes me? I maybe saw him 2-3 times at the age of 15. But when i saw him at that restaurant, my mom and his dad had a short convo for like 30 seconds and us 2 never talked or anything..This has been happening for 7 months already. His family just starts REALLY staring at me when i see them downtown or anywhere. I only have a chance to see him 2-3 times a year. I texted him one time and he remembered who i was but he barely didn't know who i was. the conversation lasted about a minute on the phone. We both go to a different school because he lives with his mom. I was dress normal and everything. I texted him the other night and i asked him why his parents stare at me and he never replied.

It would be very helpful in curbing the report trolls with multiple accounts. I got a hate filled rant in a private message from someone who trolls the religion section saying stuff about Islam, then my questions and answers started getting "reported by the community". I had eight reported for no reason. These were answers and questions that in no way could be construed as a violation, and I didn't get a violation notice just "your answer has been reported". I appealed and made all my stuff private but it would be so helpful if we could know who does this stuff and block them.

Will the media help me against Veterans Affairs Admin?

I had surgery to fix a service connected disability 21/Dec/2010 and applied for temporary 100% disability for the surgery and recovery. The initial recovery ended on 14/Feb/2011 when the doctor told me I could go back to work. Exactly 1 month later the condition returned and I went in for another surgery on 14/Mar/2011. The VA sent me a letter saying that they were only going to apply 100% for the first month. The only thing i can find in my medical records that could be construed as justification to end the benefits would be that my pain had ended 1 month after the surgery. The condition I have is extremely dependent upon wound care which is exactly the reason the doctor would not let me go back to work. Here I am at the end of month 3, still not healed or cleared for work after the 2nd surgery. I am now broke without a job and unable to work. Do you guys think a little media coverage would help or hurt me?

Yeah for thrash metal "Don't Tread On Me" doesn't really fit since that song isn't really even thrash, it's more just basic heavy metal. I'd suggest "Holy Wars... The Punishment Due" by Megadeth. The song is the pinnacle of thrash metal. last night around 1 am I went downtown in my city in NC, 22 black male I have an 03 Cadillac DTS heavily customized, I was leaving a party n wanted to see who was downtown, as I go downtown a bike cop comes beside me and says something I couldnt tell what he said so I slowed down and he told me to "put the f****** car in park" so I do so and he keeps yelling at me so I tell him to "calm the f*** down," as soon as I say that he says " get the f*** out of the car your going to jail" pulls open my door pulls me out of car throws cuffs on me and they start going thru my car in the middle of down town street toe my car and put me in jail, rights never read never told what charged for or anything until I got to station, where they said I was " resisting arrest, disorderly conduct , disturbing the peace, and intoxicated" when I asked him how was I intoxicated he said you looked intoxicated.. they found a small bottle from party closed in my center console when they searched and tossed around my car.. Honestly only charge I would of understood was open container but they never tested me for alcohol so how am I intoxicated? I also NEVER got an official ticket from them even when my bond was paid and I got home at 7 am.. I mean I know I shouldn't curse at a cop but I did out of I guess confusion and the way he approached me like I was a drug dealer off gate, is there anything in this case which I could fight? the bonds lady told me I cant be charged for intoxication without being tested

A theory about Energy, God, and The Consciousness. What do you think?

The theory is thus. Based on the scientific law of Conservation of energy, and the fact that Atoms are in essence types of solidified concentrated energy. I am led to believe that Energy in all it's forms is the Original uncreated universal constant, as science itself seems to indicate. Therefore all matter including biological matter is in essence pure energy in a solidified form. All living organisms as well as inanimate objects are a byproduct of manifest energy. However there are so many different forms of energy and so many different levels of interaction between those different forms that I think it's safe to say there are types of energy that we don't understand and have possibly not even discovered yet. So, here comes the "outside the box" part. What if there is a type of energy, physically invisible, as most types of energy are, and physically undetectable, as of yet, that is capable of forming "living" beings without solidification. Those beings would be, for lack of a better term, Immortal, as the energy that they are purely maid of is. Now what if those "beings" Coexisted in the same place and time as beings of a physical nature and where intelligent enough to be able to manipulate and interact with "energy" of the physical type from their unique position of energy awareness. That kind of sounds like what could be construed as God, Demons, and even the human spirit. It would explain possession and the human soul. What if The Body, IS an animal created by natural processes that were manipulated by beings with the ability and understanding to do so and for the specific purpose of habitation so as to better interact with the universe as a whole. And the Physical limitations of the human brain would explain why a "human spirit" that was inhabiting the body would not be able to recall previous habitations for that time that is spent in the current habitation.

Just for the record, I'm not asking entirely about my personal diabetic health symptoms. I had an interview with a manager two weeks ago due to an arrangement of a mutual contact. Things went well. He called me back in for pre-employment testing. I took the tests on Saturday. This is a hard question. It is hard to know if you have some form of ADD or Asperger's syndrome, or you just haven't found your passion yet. Maybe you should print what you wrote and take it to a medical doctor so you can rule out something medical. You can be a great auto mechanic, and spend the weekend fishing. There is no reason you can't do all your passions. You could make music and produce it with your computers,, you could live in the country and hunt and fish and then take vacations in the winter months to go snowboarding. There is no law that says you have to have just one passion. Choose things to do, if you don't like them, scratch them off your list. Sometimes we don't see what we are great at, other people notice right away what it is. Ask your friends, family, teachers, what they thought you would do in life. You might see a pattern there. Go to college, get a degree, any degree, change majors if you have to. My nieces and nephews have degrees, none of them work in the fields they have degrees in. You really might consider joining the military, or consider a career as a forrest ranger, they use computers these days. You don't have to sacrifice other things in life to chase your dreams. Maybe someone told you that, but it isn't true. I had several careers and still trained dogs. Chase your own dreams.

ok so I've been w my boyfriend who i met online for >2 years. we live together and all has been well. for the first year, I trusted him unconditionally. If that's the case then the majority of adult offenders would be legally disabled under the ADA since the majority of adult offenders offended when they were juveniles. My parents are pretty protective, they let me have boyfriends and to hang out with guys, but they will definatly not approve of James; they have heard way too many stories about him. Well James said his parents are away for the next week so, he invited me over to his place. I am always honest with my parents, but I can't tell them about this. So, I'm planning to say I'm going downtown with my friend shopping, instead I'm actually going to bus to James, he lives about 20 minutes from me. I'm worried sonehow my plan won't work? Any tips to make this go smoothly? I'm 16 almost 17, I dont drive yet.

Is "drug" use an appropriate subject matter in a kids comic book?

In some of the cartoons I have seen, they showed characters using and abusing drugs and conveyed the message to kids that drugs are harmful, as part of anti-drug campaigns. My question is, is showing characters buying and selling and dealing with drugs bad, in a kid's comic? I'm writing a funny animal comic- They aren't using drugs but what could be construed as animal equivalents of drugs- catnip for cats, anise for dogs and a certain kind of mint for rabbits (I'm not certain what the rabbit equivalent of catnip is). I'm not going to show characters injecting it or snorting it- maybe ingesting the aroma of them, and characters smuggling them. Would that be bad? You have to be careful what you are doing for kids.

You sound cool and individual, don't be so hard on yourself. School is tough when you don't really fit in but when you finish school you'll find others who you relate to. If its tough now, Try concentrating on what you Want to do with your life later on. Don't worry about not having a boyfriend yet, I used to think exactly like you (in fact I relate to a lot of what you've said) but now that I'm older I realize it was silly to think that way. I found an amazing guy who loves me but it didn't happen til I was over 20. Trust me, you will find someone, don't rush into it. Officer dating a separated member of the military?

Read on the web that according to the AF policy guidance on fraternization an officer can still get dinged for dating an enlisted person who separated from the service. Am I reading this right? The person is now a civilian? How can this be construed as fraternization? How is the officer supposed to even know about the other person's prior service? And lastly, is this legalese that basically never gets enforced? I've heard of people marrying enlisted/officer while still in the service and causing drama, but members marrying separated civilians? Ok so today me my friend and my boyfriend(he's hispanic) where hanging out, and my friend was telling us about this big event that was going on at this downtown club and she told us about how she went last year and how fun it was and that we should all go. I asked her what area its in and she told us and then my boyfriend was like "I heard that was a pretty ghetto area and I can't stand going through those parts of town" and then my friend was like, "no offense ashley, but yeah there is a lot of black people that go there" and so I was just thinking you know, no big deal I wasn't really offended by what she said but then my boyfriend said that he was not comfortable being around a lot of black people and that he wasn't sure if he wanted to go anymore. That's what offended me. I mean i can understand a little how it might be new for him because we live in an area were there is not that many blacks, but still it made me wonder if he's uncomfortable around me, like he said it like he had something against black people or something.

Major trust issues w boyfriend for no reason...kind of...?

ok so I've been w my boyfriend who i met online for >2 years. we live together and all has been well. for the first year, I trusted him unconditionally. I had no worries that he would cheat on me or be unfaithful in any way. However, around a year into the relationship, give or take a couple months, I found that he had made an online dating profile in the same site that we had met on and then deleted it. this was before we were living together and i let it go because there was no picture and he hadn't sent out any messages. However, ever since then, I have found that I don't trust him like I used to even though nothing else has happened since then. However,, I find myself not being able to forget that incident and picking fights at every little thing that could be remotely construed as an indication of infidelity (ie. not texting me every second of the day). I love scary games, but have a really hard time finding any that genuinely frighten me. I'm not into First-Person-Shooters, but like RPG and especially mysteries and puzzle games. When did Denny's first come to Billings, Montana?

Hi, I'm nostalgic from the 50's to now. i'm just a young adult and I've been trying to figure this out. I'm fascinated by dates and most people say the Denny's didn't come downtown Billings till 1995 and the one on Overland was in 1996. I thought it took too long to get a major sit down chain bigger than Perkins. Olive Garden and Red Lobster was late in 1993. So I heard by a couple people, one guy I emailed at the Denny's corp. said actually those two Denny's in Billings opened originally early in 1993, than AGAIN in 1995 and 1996, the dates I provided earlier the furthest dates back most people have. But there was that record of them being open before, opening early in 1993. Well, I went to a restaurant with my mom and the guy I thought who was cute was there. His dad is from my town and his mom is from a half hour away. He comes home every other weekend. Every time I see his family members, (Dad, Step-mom, Sisters, and Grandparents) wherever i see any of them, they always stare at me. And, when his 3 step sisters see me, they start yelling out my name, waving, and get all excited. (They are elementary ages). They just stare at me for like 7-12 seconds whenever I see them! During the summer, I volunteered at a daycare that they went to but I didn't know the girls then..except the youngest one which is 3. Why is that? Would that mean this cute guy likes me? I maybe saw him 2-3 times at the age of 15. But when i saw him at that restaurant, my mom and his dad had a short convo for like 30 seconds and us 2 never talked or anything..This has been happening for 7 months already.
