Do Republicans believe our constitution gives people freedom of religion and speech?

This bill is not against freedom of speech or religion. It is against using any other source of law other than our own as a precedent for establishing a new law. We do not want Sharia laws incorporated into our legal system. If people want to live under Sharia law they need to move to a Muslim country where Sharia is observed. That is one thing about this nation you are free to leave if you don't like the laws here move somewhere else where they practice the laws you want. Don't expect us to accommodate your foreign laws over our own. If you don't like it MOVE!
