Should we hold hands?

I asked this girl on a second date, but she said she was busy all weekend. She also suggested another time. This Friday there is a thing called first Friday artwalk, where you walk around downtown and look at art. So if we go, would it be good to hold hands? For how long? And how would I start holding her hand? Out hands "accidentally" meet? ask her? What? Any other tips would help too.
