I'm not familiar with the specific locations or buildings, though I'm sure movie location websites will have them by now or soon, but Roger Ebert's Sun Times review mentions that "the last hour involves a battle for the universe which for some reason is held at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive in Chicago".
