Can Massachusetts state Rep. Michael Capuano's "bloody" statement be construed as inciting violence?

Of course it is. And the protesters in Madison Wisconsin have posters of Governor Walker with gun sights on his head. But the left has a double standard. And the biased mass media goes right along with them. It's actually amusing to see them have these hissy fits.
