Help me figure out a beach outfit?

Hi guys! Tomorrow, I'm biking downtown to meet my friends at the beach and get some lunch. We're planning on tanning, swimming, and just hanging out. I have my purple bikini, but I don't know what to wear over top! (Preferably an outfit that is easy to bike in- its only a 10 minute ride, so its not that bad) Any ideas? (Hair and makeup is welcome too!) Thanks! <3
