What are the best downtown orlando night clubs/ bars?

Visiting Orlando in a few weeks and wanted to know what area would be the best place to stay in. My friend and I are mid 20's, female, and like to go out at night to bars, clubs, etc. We would prefer to stay close so we don't have to drive.
